Where do your items come from?

All pieces at Marlaa Vintage are sourced locally through thrift stores, markets, and individual sellers. Every item is handpicked by us for its quality, style, and one-of-a-kind appeal.


Are the items second-hand?

Yes, most of our items are pre-loved vintage or second-hand, unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, you’ll find pieces that are brand new with tags, but every item is carefully checked to ensure it meets our quality standards.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


What if I made a mistake with my order?

No worries — just email us at hellomarlavintage@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address or correct any details. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships.


Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but you’re welcome to add a short gift note in your order comments — we’ll make sure it’s included with your package.


Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship nationwide across New Zealand and to Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.


Can I return or exchange items?

Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes:

  • NZ: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • AUS: 7–12 working days after dispatch
